By instructing Bristol Web Design Co to complete the registration process, you are stating that you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
- The customer agrees to make available as soon as possible to Bristol Web Design Co all materials required to complete the site to the agreed standard and within the set deadline.
- On cancellation the website will remain accessible until the subscription for the current year/month ends. If cancellation is submitted on the day that a payment is due but before payment is sent, the subscription is cancelled immediately and no payments are made.
- Bristol Web Design Co will not use or sell to 3rd party companies our customers private information.
- Bristol Web Design Co cannot take any responsibility for any copyright infringements caused by materials submitted by the client. We reserve the right to refuse any material of a copyrighted nature unless adequate proof is given of permission to use such material.
- Bristol Web Design Co do not accept responsibility for the archiving of individual customers completed and live websites. This includes all website production materials such as text, graphics, logos photographs or videos that are used in the production of customers websites.
- Bristol Web Design Co reserve the right to make changes to the pricing structure at their discretion.
- Bristol Web Design Co reserves the right to refuse to construct a website that we may judge as unfit due to content or otherwise. This includes, but is not limited by, sites containing adult oriented material such as pornography, sites which promote hatred towards persons belonging to any ethnic group, religion or sexual orientation and sites which infringe copyright or are contrary to UK laws.
